Please see below for information regarding ordering, shipping, and return and refund policies.

 

1. How do I place an order?

Click on the desired item and click "Add to Cart" and the item will be added to your cart. Once you have added everything you want to purchase into your cart, you can then go to your cart by click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner. In the cart page, you can click "Check out" and it will prompt a payment option. Follow the instruction and fill in all necessary information. Once payment is accepted and your order is finalized, you will be notified by E-mail.

 

2. Payment

All price listed are in U.S. Dollars but currency can be changed by changing the region you are shopping in. All orders will be processed in U.S. Dollars. 

All sales are final, please review your shipping information and items for accuracy prior to finalizing your order.

 

3. Processing and Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed, you will be notified via e-mail when you order has been placed.

Once your order has been processed, orders will be shipped within 1 week.

Standard shipping for orders within Canada is expected to be delivered in 1 week and 2-4 weeks for international orders. Due to Covid-19, delivery may be delayed.

Please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact us page if you have not received your order after the expected delivery time has passed. Note that orders with non-tracked shipping will not be reimbursed or replaced if order gets lost or misdelivered. 

Shipping rates are based on the product and total weight of the order. Any order over 450g will be shipped as a parcel with tracking number. 
 

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product, you will not be able to change your order once it has been confirmed.

Stickers are non-refundable, however, if any stickers are delivered with defects, please contact us via the Contact Us page or via Instagram @fakehero.official describing the item defect with photos and a replacement will be sent upon request.

 

5. Returned Orders.

All orders with the wrong shipping address and/or not picked up within the shipping company's grace period will be retuned. Customers will be responsibile for all costs to reship the orders. 

 

6. Sticker Application

Please read carefully as we are not responsible for damage to stickers during installation.

***Glass cleaners will destroy the adhesive layer making the sticker not stick, so please do not use glass cleaners on stickers.***

Step 1:

Clean the area with soap and water, please don't use glass cleaners as this will leave a residue behind that will prevent the sticker from adhering.

 

Step 2A - Stickers without transfer tape:

Pick a corner and slowly peel at a 45 degree angle ensuring that the sticker is coming off cleanly.

 

Step 2B - Die-cuts and Peekers (with clear or paper transfers tape):

You'll need to be extremely careful to make the the sticker stick to the transfer paper. 

SLOWLY peel the sticker backing while having pressure on the back of the sticker. Sometimes small pieces wont attach to the transfer paper, to fix this pressure back down on the sticker and peel that part again. Holographic, Oil Slick, and Sparkle finishes can be more difficult - Patience is KEY!

Once the sticker backing is completely removed with all the pieces stuck on the transfer tape, move to step 3!

 

Step 3:

Lower the sticker from one end onto your desired surface and slowly lay the sticker down.

 

Step 4:

Go over it again with a squeegee or credit card to remove any bubbles that may have been trapped when laying down the sticker. This also ensure the sticker to bind to the surface.

 

Step 5 - Stickers with transfer tape only: 

***Wait for a few minutes before peeling the transfer tape***

Pick a corner of the transfer tape and slowly peel at a 45 degree angle. If any part of the sticker comes up with the transfer paper repeat step 4.

 

Step 6:

Enjoy and show off your sticker!

US Tariffs

Q: Will I have to pay US tariffs or import duties on my order?

A: In some cases, yes. Since some of our products are manufactured in China and orders ship from our Canadian warehouse, US Customs may apply tariffs, duties, or import fees when your package crosses the border.

Q: How much are the tariffs or fees?

A: Tariff amounts can vary depending on the product type, value, and current US import regulations.

Q: Who is responsible for paying these fees?

A: The customer is responsible for any applicable US customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These are charged by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) — not by our store.

Q: When will I be notified about any additional fees?

A: If applicable, the shipping carrier (like USPS, FedEx, or UPS) will contact you before or upon delivery to inform you of any fees due.

Q: Can you declare a lower value on my package to avoid tariffs?

A: We must comply with international shipping laws and declare the correct value of each item. Misdeclaring package values is illegal and can result in fines, delays, or seized shipments.

Q: How can I check if my order will have tariffs?

A: You can check the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) at your local US Customs office or their website. You’ll need the product category and value for reference.

Q: Can you help if I get charged unexpectedly?
